What do I need to provide?

For most ads, we need: a headline (up to 10 words), a short description (2–3 sentences), a link URL, and optionally an image. For event listings, a date, time, and location. We can help you write copy if you need it — just ask.

When will my ad run?

We send the newsletter weekly. Once you book and submit your ad materials, we'll confirm your send date. We typically book 1–2 weeks in advance, so the earlier you reach out, the more date options you'll have.

Can I see an example?

Yes! Email us and we'll send over recent issues so you can see exactly how ads appear in the newsletter. You'll see the real layout, real sizing, and real context before you commit to anything.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts for single sends or monthly packages. We use a simple booking confirmation to lock in your date and rate. Partnership arrangements may include a short-term agreement, but nothing complicated.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 5 business days before your send date receive a full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable, as your slot will have been held and content prepared.
